Eligible unused items in original packaging have a standard 30-day return window after delivery. E-Z Garage Storage requires a written request within 14 calendar days of delivery and factory-sealed, unused, unassembled and uninstalled items; separately sold accessories and hardware are excluded from change-of-mind returns. RICH SOLAR has a 30-calendar-day return window from purchase. Change-of-mind returns incur a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs; E-Z returns may also include actual original outbound shipping costs. Report arrival damage or incorrect items within 48 hours.

Obtain written return authorization before shipping anything back. Approved damaged, defective or incorrect returns follow separate handling and are not charged change-of-mind fees.
