Our products are supplied by independent vendors and Shopify Collective partners. We are a retailer, and orders are fulfilled through our supplier network.
Dimensions, features and any manufacturer warranty or product-specific coverage are stated on individual product pages. Check those details to make sure an item is right for your space.
02 Shipping & delivery +
Every product ships free by standard shipping to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. Allow 1–3 business days for handling and 3–16 business days in transit, for an estimated 4–19 business days in total. Estimates are not guaranteed.
03 Returns & support +
Eligible unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Change-of-mind returns incur a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled differently; report damage within 48 hours.
