Returns & order support

Eligible unused items in original packaging have a standard 30-day return window after delivery. E-Z Garage Storage requires a written request within 14 calendar days of delivery and factory-sealed, unused, unassembled and uninstalled items; separately sold accessories and hardware are excluded from change-of-mind returns. RICH SOLAR has a 30-calendar-day return window from purchase. Change-of-mind returns incur a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs; E-Z returns may also include actual original outbound shipping costs. Report arrival damage or incorrect items within 48 hours.

Obtain written return authorization before shipping anything back. Approved damaged, defective or incorrect returns follow separate handling and are not charged change-of-mind fees.

Home Utility Gear offers free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Estimated handling is 1–3 business days and transit is 3–16 business days, for an estimated total of 4–19 business days. Additional freight services may cost extra and must be arranged with HUG in advance. See our shipping policy.

Eligible RICH SOLAR change-of-mind returns must receive prior HUG authorization and be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase, unused and in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies, and the customer pays return freight. Do not send a return without authorization. Contact HUG promptly about damaged, defective or incorrect items.
