Heavy freight may require a forklift or equivalent unloading equipment unless your selected service includes liftgate delivery. Eligible unused items in original packaging have a standard 30-day return window after delivery. E-Z Garage Storage requires a written request within 14 calendar days of delivery and factory-sealed, unused, unassembled and uninstalled items; separately sold accessories and hardware are excluded from change-of-mind returns. RICH SOLAR has a 30-calendar-day return window from purchase. Change-of-mind returns incur a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs; E-Z returns may also include actual original outbound shipping costs. Report arrival damage or incorrect items within 48 hours.
Obtain written return authorization before shipping anything back. Approved damaged, defective or incorrect returns follow separate handling and are not charged change-of-mind fees.

Shipping and delivery
Home Utility Gear offers free standard shipping to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Allow an estimated 1–3 business days for processing and 3–16 business days in transit, for a total of 4–19 business days. Delivery dates are estimates. Any optional delivery service or extra freight charge will be quoted for your approval before it is arranged. See our shipping policy.
E-Z Garage Storage returns
Contact Home Utility Gear for prior return authorization within 14 calendar days of delivery. Eligible change-of-mind returns must be unopened in original factory-sealed packaging, unused, unassembled, uninstalled and unmodified, with all original packaging, hardware and documentation. Opened, assembled, installed, modified, custom or special-order items and separately sold hook kits, accessories and hardware are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. A 25% restocking fee applies. The customer pays return freight, and actual original outbound shipping costs will also be deducted when charged by the supplier. Do not ship a return without instructions from Home Utility Gear. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items to us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate resolution. These change-of-mind deductions do not apply to an approved return for an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our return policy.
Warranty and support
E-Z Storage’s manufacturer warranty applies to eligible own-brand products and covered components, subject to its original-purchaser, installation, use and proof-of-purchase conditions.
